
Exchange/Return Policy
Thank you for choosing Luna’s Landing. We want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Any product can be returned or exchanged within 10 business days of the initial ship date. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, simply email us at
or send a fax to 877-660-2070. To make a return or exchange, you must first have a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This number will be generated following email contact. You must have a valid RA# with your return item(s) for accurate processing. Item Error: If the wrong item and or quantity have been selected, we are required to charge for re-shipment.
PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us with the valid RA#. Other Guidelines: Any item being returned must not show signs of wear, all labels and tags must be included with the item. We do not accept COD shipments/freight collect for exchanges or refunds. Luna’s Landing Error: If your order was not correct (not what you ordered) or you received an item that is damaged or defective, Luna’s Landing must be notified of the mistake within 10 business days of receipt and Luna’s Landing will refund or exchange the item at no cost to you. Simply contact us at or send a fax to 877-660-2070 and we will send you a postage paid shipping bag to return the incorrect items. Please allow 10 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your return and refund to be processed. If your refund does not appear on your statement within four weeks or one billing cycle, please email us.
Please note the reason(s) for the exchange on the back of your packing slip and include it with your shipment. Please allow 3-5 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your exchange to be processed and shipped to you. Ordering
We welcome all customers: Wholesale/Dealers & Retail. Suggested retail pricing is published online at www.lunaslanding.net. Wholesale customers need to be approved before receiving Wholesale/Dealer pricing.
Email ordering: Retail customers can order online at www.lunaslanding.net. You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received.
Back Orders
Every effort is made to ship orders out complete. In the event that we are temporarily out of stock on an item, you will be notified, and a back order for the item(s) will be created and shipped as soon as possible. Back order balances will not be charged until shipped unless the order was pre-paid. You are always welcome to cancel a back order that has not been shipped.
Terms. Net 30 terms are available to Luna’s Landing Dealers who meet our credit requirements after their first three orders. Credit applications are available online. All first orders are pre-paid by credit card or check. All sales are to be paid in USD. To become a Luna’s Landing Wholesale Dealer, you must complete a Washington State Tax Exemption Form. We accept Visa & Mastercard. All returned checks are subject to a $35 service charge. COD is not available. Past due invoices will incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge. There will be no shipments on accounts that are delinquent. Net 30 Terms will be revoked if account is frequently delinquent.
Shipping. All orders placed for an item that is currently in stock will ship within 3 business days. Customers will be notified of any back order prior to shipping unless Luna’s Landing has been authorized to ship incomplete. Domestic Shipping: All domestic ordersare shipped Priority Mail with the shipping and handling rates based upon quantity of items ordered. Luna's Landing will not ship to PO Boxes. Packages will not be shipped COD and must be pre-paid if not on Net 30 terms.
International Shipping. International shipping is higher in cost than shipping within the continental United States due to distance. Also, on some international orders an import tax, custom duty and fee may be applied by the destination country. Any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility of the recipient.
